The VAU Creators Program

The VAU Creators Program is our user-generated content (UGC) creator program. Creators who join receive VAU product to film content with, and work directly with our creators team on briefs, shipments and collaborations.

The program is open by application. There is no cost to join, and joining never requires a purchase.

Disclosure rules for creators

If we send you product, pay you, or give you a discount or commission, that is a material connection under the FTC's Endorsement Guides, and you must disclose it every time you post about VAU. This is a condition of the program, not a suggestion.

How to disclose

  • Put the disclosure in the post itself: at the start of the caption, not at the end, not buried after a “more” cutoff, and not only in your bio.
  • Use plain language people understand: #ad, #sponsored, “paid partnership with VAU”, or “VAU sent me this for free”. Vague tags like #collab, #sp, #ambassador or #thanks are not enough.
  • In video, say it out loud and show it on screen long enough to read. In a Story or short-form clip, put it on every frame that mentions the product, since people rarely watch the whole thing.
  • The platform's own “paid partnership” label is welcome, but it does not replace the disclosure in your caption or audio. Use both.
  • Disclose in the same language you're posting in.

What you can and cannot say

  • Talk only about your own real experience. Don't describe results you didn't have, and don't repeat someone else's.
  • REST FIRST is a dietary supplement, not a medicine. Never say or imply it treats, cures, prevents or diagnoses anything — including insomnia, anxiety, depression or any other condition.
  • Don't present yourself as a doctor, nurse, dietitian or other health professional unless you are one, and don't give medical advice.
  • Don't claim REST FIRST is clinically proven, FDA-approved or doctor-recommended. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements.
  • Stick to the approved language in your brief. If you want to say something that isn't in it, ask us first at creators@getvau.com.
  • Individual experience varies, and results are never guaranteed.

We review creator content and may ask you to edit or take down a post that doesn't follow these rules. Under the Endorsement Guides, both the creator and the brand can be held responsible for an undisclosed or misleading endorsement, so this protects you as much as it protects us.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Text messaging (SMS)

We operate one text messaging program, the VAU Creators Program, and it is only for creators who have applied and expressly opted in. We do not send marketing or promotional bulk texts.

What messages we send and who receives them

Messages go only to creators enrolled in the program who checked the SMS consent box. They are conversational, one-to-one messages from our creators team about:

  • your application status,
  • onboarding steps,
  • product shipments for content creation, and
  • general support — you can reply directly to our team.

How to opt in

Opting in is optional and always requires an affirmative action. There are two ways:

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of joining the program, of receiving product, or of any purchase.

Frequency, cost and how to stop

  • Texts are sent from +1 321 455 5547.
  • Message frequency varies with your activity in the program — typically fewer than 10 messages per month.
  • Message and data rates may apply under your mobile carrier plan. VAU does not charge for the messages.
  • Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or email creators@getvau.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
