  3. Select Skip next order.

Pause

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Open Subscriptions.
  3. Select Pause, then resume whenever you're ready.

Change frequency

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Open Subscriptions.
  3. Choose a new delivery frequency (45, 60, or 90 days).

Cancel

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Open Subscriptions.
  3. Select Cancel. No fees, no phone call.

Cancelling is as easy as signing up, and it's done entirely online. Once you cancel, you won't be charged again and you'll receive a confirmation email.

Changes apply to your next order as long as you make them before that order has been processed. If an order has already been billed, it can't be changed, but you can always skip or reschedule the next one.

When am I charged?
You're charged for each order on your selected delivery schedule. We send you a reminder before every charge, so there are no surprises.
What if my payment fails?
We'll email you so you can update your payment method, and retry the charge. Your subscription stays active while you update it.
How do I update my card or shipping address?
Log in to your account and update your details under Subscriptions. Changes apply to your next order.
Can I change an order before it ships?
Yes, as long as you make changes before the order is processed. Once an order has been billed, it can't be changed, but you can skip or reschedule the next one.

We'll send you periodic reminders with your plan price, delivery frequency, and how to cancel, so you're always in control of your subscription.
